This matters more than any of the six ratings, and no listing mentions it. The castle swaps its entire contents twice a year at the same admission price. From late March to the first of November the baroque rooms are on show, the feather bed and the antler hall among them. The building then shuts completely for about three weeks. From the twentieth of November to the end of February it holds the Three Hazelnuts for Cinderella exhibition instead, and the baroque rooms are gone. A ticket bought as part of a tour in February does not buy the Federzimmer, and a tour in May does not buy the saddle. The calendar, month by month, and what the castle charges at its own counter.
The two Prague listings that do not include a ticket are the ones this hits hardest, because the gap between arriving at a castle and getting into it is a counter you did not budget for. Coming out from Dresden or coming from Prague, the counter is the same one.

Why are there so few reviews on these tours?
Because Moritzburg is a small castle fifteen kilometres outside Dresden and most people who go there drive, take bus 477 or ride the steam railway rather than book anything. Getting there without a tour is the option most visitors take, and these pages say so.
