Where is Moritzburg Castle?

Not in Dresden, and not far from it

Bus 477 runs from Dresden-Neustadt towards Radeburg and stops at Moritzburg Schloss; the other route is the S1 to Radebeul Ost and then the Lößnitzgrundbahn narrow-gauge steam railway.
